أولًا: شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية
وجود عيب في المنتج
استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب
تلف ناتج عن الشحن
مدة الطلب
يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب
الحالات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
نظرًا لطبيعة منتجات العطور، لا يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في الحالات التالية
إذا تم فتح المنتج أو استخدام اكثر من 3ملل من الزجاجه
في حال إزالة محاولة فتح الزجاجه عن طريق فك البخاخ
إذا كان التلف ناتجًا عن سوء الاستخدام
في حالة طلب الاسترجاع بسبب عدم الإعجاب بالرائحة (لأن الروائح مسألة ذوق شخصي)
سياسة الاستبدال
في حال ثبوت وجود عيب أو خطأ في الطلب، يتم استبدال المنتج بآخر مطابق دون أي تكلفة إضافية
يتحمل المتجر تكلفة الشحن في حال كان الخطأ من طرفنا.
سياسة الاسترجاع
في حال قبول طلب الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ خلال 3 – 7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه
يتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة أو حسب الاتفاق مع العميل
الشحن في حالات الاسترجاع
إذا كان سبب الاسترجاع خطأ من المتجر → الشحن علينا
إذا كان سبب الاسترجاع رغبة العميل (في الحالات المسموح بها) → الشحن على العميل

- Return & Exchange Policy
- We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. Therefore, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy under the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Receiving a wrong product different from the order
- Damage caused during shipping
- Request Timeframe
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Due to the nature of perfume products, returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- If the product has been opened or used more than 3 ml
- If there is any attempt to open the bottle by removing or tampering with the spray
- If the damage resulted from misuse or improper handling
- If the return request is based on personal preference regarding the scent, as fragrance selection is subjective
- Exchange Policy
- If a defect or order error is confirmed, the product will be exchanged for the same item at no additional cost.
- Shipping costs will be fully covered by the store if the error is on our part.
- Refund Policy
- Once a return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, or as otherwise agreed with the customer.
- Shipping in Case of Returns
- If the return is due to a store error, shipping costs are covered by us.
- If the return is requested by the customer (in eligible cases), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
